My name is Khalil Bitar. I am an Evaluator, Researcher, and M&E Specialist from Palestine (currently in Switzerland).
Experience
I have over 15 years of experience as an (internal and external) evaluator, researcher, and M&E specialist working with multiple governmental institutions and local, national, and international NGOs in the MENA region and Europe. I have evaluated/ co-evaluated numerous projects, programs, and policies covering a wide range of sectors, including:

Academic Research
I have a master’s degree (and am currently completing my doctoral degree/Ph.D.) in evaluation. My doctoral research focuses on equity and social justice assessment and evaluation. I conduct my research at the Willy Brandt School of Public Policy.
